Before wet painting or powder coating, surfaces have to be degreased, phosphated and dried to guarantee flawless adhesion – residues of oil, grease and particles lead to defects. ph-cleantec’s low-pressure hot-water cleaning degreases efficiently, residue-free and cost-effectively with hot water up to 95 °C at just 3–14 bar. Phosphating can be done at the same time, and thanks to the high temperatures the parts dry immediately – three steps in one, saving not only chemicals but also a lot of time.
