ph-cleantec hot-water cleaning devices clean thoroughly and gently at water temperatures up to 95 °C and low pressure. For almost 40 years we have been developing industrial cleaning technology for parts cleaning, machine cleaning and the thermal disinfection of cooling lubricants and process fluids.

Our working principle combines high temperature with low pressure of 7.5 or 14 bar. This reliably dissolves and carries away greases, oils and contamination – without exposing sensitive surfaces, components or machines to unnecessarily high pressures.

Thanks to the high cleaning temperature, the use of cleaning chemicals and biocides can be reduced depending on the application. In suitable processes, the cleaning medium can be reused in a closed loop.
