Cleaning should not make anyone ill. ph-cleantec’s low-pressure hot-water cleaning manages entirely without aggressive chemicals and without solvent vapours; manual scrubbing on and crawling inside the machine tool are a thing of the past, and with thermal disinfection biocides can even be dispensed with — all of which protects the health of your employees and makes work safer.
Work more safely and healthily
No solvent vapours
Unlike with A1 brake-cleaner sprays or cold wash tables, solvents are dispensed with, i.e. no VOCs and aerosols are released.
No fire hazard
A1 sprays have a flash point of around 21 °C. Hot-water cleaning, by contrast, works with hot water.
Compliant wet cleaning
The removed dirt — such as brake dust — is collected instead of being spread around the workshop. Wet cleaning in accordance with DGUV Rule 109-009 (BGR 157) is ensured.
Less chemicals in operation
The high cleaning effect is achieved primarily through the high temperatures of up to 95 °C, not through chemicals. Less chemicals means fewer health risks in operation.
Biocide-free coolant care
With thermal disinfection you can largely do without health-hazardous biocides — this spares employees and the environment.
Fewer sick days
Lower exposure to chemicals and biocides means fewer health risks — and a tendency towards fewer absences.
Fewer workplace accidents
Cleaning a machine tool from the outside with a spray lance instead of from the inside with a cloth also means fewer injuries during machine cleaning.
