How are brakes cleaned with the ph-cleantec units?
Our low-pressure hot-water units work with temperatures of up to 95°C and a pressure of up to 7.5 bar. Through the high temperatures, greasy and oily contamination can be loosened quickly and thoroughly. The low pressure, in turn, allows the contamination to be transported away without damaging components.
Thanks to various nozzles, complex surfaces with crevices and cavities can also be cleaned efficiently – so not only brakes, but also cylinder heads, crankshafts and camshafts, oil pans and even blind holes with internal threads. With the various lances and nozzles you reach into every corner and behind every line.
The units are mobile and can be pulled up to a car or commercial vehicle without any problem in order to work at the lifting platform or in the pit. Thanks to their integrated water tank, the units are completely self-contained, ready for use in the shortest time, enormously robust, and designed for simple and user-friendly handling.
In practice, the units are therefore more pleasant and more efficient than A1 spray cans, where you always have to wipe up “afterwards” and where the dirt simply ends up on the floor.
