Cleaning separators

REQUIREMENTS

Separators are used in the machining industry to process and clean cooling lubricants or emulsions, wash water and, in general, oil-water mixtures.

• The internal parts of the separators have to be cleaned regularly.
• Cleaning should be carried out quickly, efficiently and free of damage.
• In some cases the components are nano-coated to ensure higher dirt repellency.
• The nano-coated components cannot be treated with rough cleaning processes.
