REQUIREMENTS

Injection moulding machines are in some cases used with toggle levers for power transmission. Depending on the age of the machines, these toggle levers require grease or oil loss lubrication. The excess or contaminated amount of grease or oil is pushed out of the plain bearings, so that the bearings are constantly kept under lubricant.

The disadvantage of this method is the heavy contamination of the systems at hard-to-reach spots.

OUR SOLUTION

With the various lances, low-pressure hot-water technology grants optimal accessibility even at hard-to-reach spots. Through the high working temperature of up to 95°C, grease and oil contamination is cleaned off without any problem. In doing so, only small quantities of cleaning medium are needed, at 1.8 litres or 2.8 litres per minute with 7.5 or 14 bar units respectively.

YOUR BENEFITS

  • Efficiency: At up to 95°C, the greases and oils are softened without any problem and cleaned off gently by the low pressure.
  • Quality: With the lances, even hard-to-reach areas are reached effortlessly, and with the brush attachments and nozzles, even stubborn contamination can be cleaned.
  • Medium: Generally hot water, possibly with the addition of small quantities of alkaline cleaner. This means considerable cost savings compared with other methods, which need many times the resources.
  • High occupational safety, since no risk of injury and no / hardly any chemicals.
  • Easy handling motivates the employees.
  • Comparatively low investment for a unit that can be used universally.
  • Economy: Low investment, low running costs, but high time saving.
