REQUIREMENTS
Diesel-powered forklifts have soot filters, fitted at the end of the exhaust system, to minimise the emission of respirable carbon (soot) in the workshop. These protect employees from soot particles in the airways, but at the same time also serve the environment and cleanliness in production.
The soot filters should ideally be cleaned in the forklift workshop. What is required is a high flushing performance that reaches into the fine filter mesh.
Given the high cost of these parts, replacement often makes little sense. Typically, therefore, the soot filters are cleaned with a lot of chemicals at cold washing tables and then blown out with compressed air. Burning them off in dedicated burn-off chambers would be better, but also considerably more expensive.

OUR SOLUTION
The 1000-class low-pressure hot-water cleaning devices are an ideal and cost-effective solution here: low pressure of just 7.5 bar ensures the necessary flushing performance without damaging or even destroying sensitive components such as the filter mesh. At the same time, the high temperatures of 95 °C achieve maximum cleaning effect, so that work can be done quickly and efficiently.
- Fast, efficient work – considerable time savings and markedly better quality than manual cleaning at a cold washing table.
- Excellent cleaning results nonetheless, thanks to high temperatures of up to 95 °C.
- No damage to sensitive parts, thanks to low pressure of 3 – 7.5 bar
- Low investment, low running costs

YOUR BENEFITS
- Efficiency/quality: enormous time savings with fast, thorough cleaning at the same time:
- High temperature and sufficient pressure enable fast, complete cleaning in just a few minutes.
- Minimal space required: the devices are mobile and largely self-sufficient and need very little space; no dedicated wash rooms required.
- The devices are versatile and ideal for parts cleaning of all kinds
- Minimal splash-back, no droplet clouds, no aerosols – making them ideal in the workshop
- Cleaning medium: hot water with no, or minimal, added chemicals. Minimal costs for procurement and disposal. The cleaning medium can be reused many times over.
- Considerably more pleasant, faster and more efficient work than by hand.
- Occupational and environmental protection: no chemicals means greater environmental compatibility, greater workplace safety and significantly lower costs.
- In summary: exceptionally low investment, minimal space requirements, barely any running costs – but high efficiency and quality.
