REQUIREMENTS
In fire damage removal, soot, baked-on greases and oils as well as encrusted dust-and-grease mixtures have to be cleaned off the most varied surfaces and materials. The soiled parts often have very complex surface geometries, and are in some cases also very sensitive.
PREVIOUS TECHNOLOGY
Typically, various extremely aggressive cleaners and a large quantity of rags are used for these applications. In individual cases, high-pressure cleaners are used.

OUR SOLUTION
Low-pressure hot-water cleaning offers a cost-effective and efficient solution here, because soot and other greasy residues can be removed quickly and without residue with our process – low pressure and high temperatures.
Cleaning is fast and efficient thanks to various nozzles, and complex surfaces are no problem either.
In practice, our units – here units with a parts-cleaning tray would be a good choice – can be used directly on site and for all sorts of parts, right up to sooted computer drives.
YOUR BENEFITS
- Cleaning even heavily sooted and complex surfaces or difficult part geometries fast and efficient and without mechanical reworking – this saves a lot of working time.
- No damage to the parts thanks to the low pressure.
- Mobility: Units are mobile and, thanks to their own water tank, largely self-contained; therefore ideally suited for on-site use.
- Minimal splash-back effects, no droplet clouds, no aerosols. Soot particles are bound by the low pressure and not blown away as with the high-pressure cleaner – both protect employees and surroundings.
- Cleaning with hot water without aggressive chemicals, hence minimal costs for procurement and disposal.
- Recycling of the cleaning medium – this can be reused several times and the medium does not have to be disposed of on site.
- Considerably more pleasant, faster and more efficient work than cleaning by hand.
- The units can be used universally and are ideal for parts cleaning of any kind.
- Environmental protection: Fewer resources means higher environmental compatibility and significantly lower costs
- Occupational protection: Easy handling and no splash effects mean more occupational safety for the employees
In summary: Low investment, resource-saving and environmentally friendly, at the same time low running costs, more occupational safety and high efficiency and quality.
