Our company, Franz H. Bruder GmbH, based in Oppenau, is a manufacturer of precision parts. Two years ago, on the recommendation of Mr Willi Schüler, we purchased a hot-water cleaning unit from ph-cleantec, with which we have since cleaned our turning, grinding and milling machines. For us this is an enormous improvement, because the deposits simply come off, and we save an enormous amount of time — I would almost say: cleaning is fun this way! We also use the unit for parts cleaning; there too we save a massive amount of working time, and we save the money for the brake cleaner that we used before. In particular, we also use the unit for the thermal disinfection of our cooling lubricant, which we can thus leave in the machine for longer. This has allowed us to get the fungi that previously caused us problems completely under control. We can therefore only warmly recommend the ph-cleantec units — it really is a fine thing!

At Bharat Forge Daun we produce forming tools for the European forging sites of the Bharat Forge Group. In addition, we machine forgings in series according to customer drawings, right through to the ready-to-install product. In doing so we naturally pay attention to the highest quality. For us, that also includes professionally maintained and serviced machine tools. For cleaning our machines we use the ph-cleantec units — they are simply great, and with them we can even clean stubborn contamination off the machines. Since we have been using the Thermo-EK, we have been able to significantly extend the service life. Through the continuous care of the cooling lubricant, additives can be dispensed with in the long term. For us it is clear: instead of correction chemicals we will use thermal disinfection in future. We can therefore recommend the ph-cleantec units with a clear conscience and most warmly.
