The hot-water low-pressure cleaning from ph-cleantec offers a well-thought-out alternative to cloth, brush or high pressure. It works efficiently, in a targeted way and spares the machine – without removal, without chemicals, without special training.
Cleaning with system: hot water instead of high pressure
The technology behind the process is as simple as it is effective: water is heated to up to 95 degrees and applied at low pressure of 3 to 14 bar. The heat loosens residues reliably, the low pressure spares bearings, guides and electronics. No aerosol formation occurs, no material stress, no danger to the machine.
Cleaning can take place during the ongoing maintenance process, without dismantling, without chemicals and without additional protective measures.
For which machines is this suitable?
The cleaning systems from ph-cleantec are universally usable. Whether small milling machine or large automatic grinder: wherever lubricants, abrasion or production residues occur, they show their strengths.

Model 1000 SR
This compact system is ideal for flexible use on individual machines, in maintenance or in mobile service. It has an integrated water tank, needs no separate water supply and is ready for operation within a few minutes. Particularly suitable for selective contamination or sensitive components.
Model 1500 SR‑DP
The more powerful model for workshops with several machines or a higher cleaning requirement. More volume, longer running time, stable operation even in shift systems. Can be combined with return systems, wash hoods or splash guard – ideal for continuous use or complete production areas.
Accessories for more precision
So that even hard-to-reach areas can be cleaned without any problem, a multitude of accessories is available:
- Pinpoint jet nozzles for targeted removal of solid residues
