Brake cleaning

Application / requirement

Brakes are nowadays largely asbestos-free, but still contain substances hazardous to health. For this reason the employers’ liability insurance associations require the maintenance operation to ensure suitable brake cleaning (see also BG Rule 5.10). The right process is characterised by high flexibility, uncomplicated handling and immediate readiness for use. The ph-cleantec process ensures the fastest availability on site via the electric continuous-flow heater and the integrated water tank. For the user, low-pressure hot-water cleaning means – compared with other methods such as brake-cleaner sprays or brushes – a health-friendly and, above all, thorough cleaning. The hazardous brake dust is bound in the water and can be disposed of via the light-liquid separator.
