REQUIREMENTS
In climbing gyms, hand holds and footholds have to be cleaned regularly. In the process, the abrasion from shoes, magnesium or chalk, skin residues and simply the everyday dirt have to be removed.
PREVIOUS TECHNOLOGY
Up to now, the parts were soaked in formic acid and then blasted off with the high-pressure cleaner. Given the size and lightness of the parts, blasting with the high-pressure cleaner in particular is not an optimal solution.
OUR SOLUTION
With the low-pressure hot-water cleaning process, the parts could be cleaned easily and efficiently in the parts-cleaning tray of a 1000 SR. This was done in the shortest time, directly on site and thus without travel times to the high-pressure area, and without damaging the holds.
The working time required was a fraction of the time needed previously.

YOUR BENEFITS
- Use directly in the climbing gym, as mobile and self-contained – hence no travel times and independent of the weather
- Fast and efficient cleaning through high temperatures saves working time – often 80–90%
- Parts are not “shot around the place” as with high-pressure cleaning – no damage and easy, pleasant work
- No splash-back effects, no droplet clouds, no aerosols – this protects employees and surroundings.
- Cleaning with hot water and without, at most with little, chemicals, hence minimal costs for procurement and disposal.
- The units can be used universally.
- Environmental protection: Fewer resources means higher environmental compatibility and significantly lower costs.
- Occupational protection: Easy handling and no splash effects mean more occupational safety for the employees.
In summary: Low investment, resource-saving and environmentally friendly, at the same time cleaning directly on site in the climbing gym, low costs, considerably more pleasant and faster work, as well as high efficiency and quality.
