In medical and biotechnology, in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, purity, hygiene and freedom from residues determine product quality and approval. Containers, plant components and parts must be reliably clean – ideally without aggressive chemicals and in any case without residues that could affect downstream processes. ph-cleantec’s low-pressure hot-water cleaning works with hot water up to 95 °C at just 3–14 bar and is therefore also suitable for hygiene-sensitive tasks.

What the technology delivers here
Thermal disinfection at 95 °C
Hot water of up to 95 °C disinfects thermally – entirely without biocides or disinfection chemicals. This reduces chemical use, residues and disposal effort.
