From small arms to tanks and tracked vehicles: military equipment has to be reliably freed of oil, powder residue, grease and field dirt – fast, safely and without damaging sensitive components. In practice, ph-cleantec’s low-pressure hot-water cleaning has proven the best method for armoured vehicles (e.g. Wiesel, Marder, Leopard II): with hot water up to 95 °C and just 3–14 bar, HIL and the German armed forces clean the internals thoroughly, quickly and gently – from the NBC tub and the gearbox to the torsion bar.
