The proteins of fungi and bacteria are destroyed at approx. 60 °C. The process fluids are therefore heated to around 65 °C and the germs are killed – completely without chemicals and without biocides.
Disinfection runs in a bypass: at the front the machine tool keeps working, at the back the fluid is disinfected – without machine downtime.
